Don’t trust this application I used it and my credit card been hacked three time until now by 1300 then by 554 dirham. And still using same transaction which I used the first time. I do not recommend to use the credit card info.

I love this App, great way to send valuable gift cards to your loved ones across boarders and let them choose the gift they like from the store.

First of all, let me begin by saying, the process is not as easy as they claim it to be. Secondly they claim that they’ll dispatch the gift card in 48 hours after the purchase. Thirdly they ask you to share the front side of your credit card picture and authorization code which in this case was not applicable as I bought through PayPal balance, they asked me to share the ID card alongside my contact details which I exactly did so! But guess what!? On Sunday I have to manually call them, they being not responsive after the submission of my ID copy, I asked them what’s the matter? They said our compliance team has rejected it, Why din’t they email me in the first place and asked for the additional proof!? They wasted 3 Days of my life, now when I open the app, they don’t let me access it and say that the transaction has been identified as a potential fraud plus they said Fraud Activities are reported to Dubai Police immediately! Comeon! First you took the money, now you’re giving additional threats! I kept waiting for it but NEVER GOT IT, A piece of crap! HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED
