  • A scam

Don’t waste your time or energy on this scam of an app! It is not an app - just look at how old the reviews are! It will download something, you’ll open it and get a start screen where you ‘log in’ from or ‘Get Started’. You’ll be shown 3 screens and you’ll get no further! Clicking on the developer site from the App Store will take you to a hotel site!

  • Promises a lot but failed to leave the starting blocks

On the face of it this app sounds like a great idea, effectively a live guide book that can be customised for your upcoming trip. However, on attempting to use it I found that it was impossible to get past the introductory splash screen.

After the three initial pages are shown pressing either the “Continue” or “Skip” buttons does absolutely nothing and it is impossible to progress.

So, it turns out that this app is not the next greatest thing in travel, but is about as useful as a 5000-year-old guidebook drafted entirely in hieroglyphics. I think I will stick with my trustee lonely planet or rough Guide thank you very much.

  • Can’t start

After loading the app, I pressed Get Started button, then Continue a few times, but no response when I pressed Continue on the last screen. No luck logging in from Apple or Facebook either.
  • Only single destination trip

I deleted it because it did seem to allow multiple destinations on the same trip. I’m planning a trip where I travel to 3 separate cities and it only allow me to put in a single city.
  • Terrible

“Add place” search shows incomplete results so you need to manually go to another search bar, find whatever destination / place you’d like, then “bookmark” it. Only after this you can go back to your itinerary and add the place.
Still, I insisted and built my itinerary this way. After working for a couple of hours, when I added another place I LOST all my itinerary. Gone. Wasted hours
    Not recommended at all

  • More planning utility … less hotel deals

Not for me. Was looking for a planning utility and seems designed more to sell hotel stays.
  • Blind person’s perspective

Hi I am blind and I use the VoiceOver screen reader on the iPhone when accessing the app. Some of the app is quite accessible and I can access the information using VoiceOver. However there are a lot of unlabelled buttons and I’m having to swipe and a lot to find information to experience can be improved for blind screen reader users.

  • Where are the audio guides

The website mentions audio guides and the marketing but these can’t be found anywhere in the app.

  • Insane Amount of Notifications

This app has a lot of good content, but the amount of notifications this app spams you with is absolutely insane. I heard a lot of good things about this app, so I just downloaded it the other day and I’ve been immediately bombarded with 30+ notifications per day. I just looked to see if there was a way to personalize what kind/how many notifications you get and there doesn’t appear to be any options for it. It’s either you get spammed with notifications all day, or you don’t get any at all. Or you just deselect a bunch of things that you’re interested in, but that totally defeats the purpose of the app. I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review on here before, but I expected much better from such a highly regarded app.
