  • Great app, horrible service

Five stars for the app. Hands down the best heart metric app I’ve found. However, I feel part of the obligation of selling an app is to provide customer service when a question or issue arises. With this developer, I’ve experienced zero response to my support emails.

A simple “Yes, we can look into that” or “No, that feature isn’t on our radar” would suffice. Their approach seems to be to collect my payment and then ignore.

Step up your game and your all important rating will improve.

  • So much and so little clarity!

I got this app to hopefully give me a nice chart of continuous HR so I can see How my heart is responding to daily activities. Simple. Why do you make it so difficult, with your various metrics, to get a simple picture of ongoing csrdiac activity. Please get rid of most of the analysis. It’s not helpful to me or my doctor or anyone else I’ve shown the readings to. The other app worse than yours is Welltory who seem to have hired too many social or health psychologists. Please get back to simplicity and clarity. Most of us are not data scientists and don’t wish to be Data’d out of our ways of handling our bodies and ourselves.

PS. I would be happy to help you design something that aesthetically, emotionally and critically is organically appealing to real people, not your version of real customers

  • I want to like it but…

I love having complications on my watch face, but this app has given me nothing but problems so far. It doesn’t update the complication unless I open the app manually or force a refresh, or clear out the data cache. Really a pain and there don’t seem to be any other options to fix the problem. I’ve been watching this thing like a hawk and it will go for an hour to an hour and a half with no update on complication. Again, I have to open manually. What’s the point? I’m on watch OS 8.1 and iOS 15.1. App is updated to. Plead fix soon. Might eventually consider a premium purchase if I can at least get a consistent reading on my complication.

  • Loads of good info for my caregivers

An outstanding app in every way and one which has helped me with positive personal involvement in my health care. 22 years ago my cardiologist told me I had somewhere around a year to live! I decided then to get involved with my health and apps such as yours has allowed me to do so. Thank you and keep up the wonderful work.

  • Freakin Amazing!!!

I suffered a stroke a couple month ago. I bought an Apple Watch 6th generation because my doctor told me it can help monitor my health. I didn’t see how, but I got it anyway. I am a techie type person so when I added this app to my watch and started to see what it could I was beyond amazed! It is so COOL!!!!!! It has all the data I need and I can sent it to my doctor too. I highly recommend!!!!

  • Much, much better than expected

I just needed an app that would show me my heart rate over the course of a day. This app does that and much more.

For example, it averages daily heart rate over the course of a year. I got lazy over the enforced COVID stay at home period and quit exercising. A few months ago, I resumed exercising. The retrospective annual graph shows an increased heart rate during the period I slacked off and fortunately, a corresponding decline beginning when I resumed exercising.

The feedback has motivated me to keep exercising. That alone is worth the purchase.

The developer has an excellent User Interface sense. Want better detail on a part of a graph? Just pinch and zoom and you have it. You might think “Pfff! Pinch and zoom is not new!” You would be right but their are too many apps that don’t implement it when they should. This one does.

The care that it took to implement that small detail permeates the app.

Lots more but i hate writing on my phone. Just buy it.

  • Great app very useful!

I have severe sleep apnea, this app has provided me with great insight into my O2 saturation and heart tracking and trends. You really need to use it with the apple 6 watch to collect the data. I wear the watch at night and the information has helped me manage my apnea. Only negative is you can only print or send a monthly summary with limited information as of this writing. I wish i could print more detailed reports. Thanks to the developers, great job!

  • Upbeat

This app is great. Loads of data. I have the extended data add-on and I was able to review up to 4 years of heart data (# workouts, maximum/minimum/average heart rates, VO2 levels, etc) for any day, week, month of year. I printed the information and reviewed it with my doctor during my annual physical. Also the graphs are great to spot trends but I wish I had a larger phone screen to see all the detail.

  • Better Than 5 Stars

This is a very well thought out app. There is so much information in this app but it doesn’t get in the way or clutter up any screens. It shows a lot of information among other things valuable information about your heart. I got this because I’m recovering from a near death fight with COVID-19. I am still supposed to monitor my oxygen levels. So if you have an Apple Watch series 6 this gets even better because the series 6 has the oximeter and this app has your oxygen information in it also. There are 3 premium upgrades available for purchase. The nice thing is that you don’t have to renew each month.

  • I feel this app saved my life

I got this app to give me data about my fitness levels and understand my heart statistics. Then I started suddenly getting out of breath on easy rides. Looked at the trend features and saw that my heart rate was off the charts. I immediately quit drinking coffee and tried to fix things different ways. Also improve my diet. Took 3 months to get my heart back right.

Also love the trends and analytics. Love trying to make the trends better.

Thank you heart analyzer. This is my first written review and you were worth it. Best heart app out.
