It’s a joke
As other reviews have said, for hotels at least, you have to add a minimum balance likely greater than you’ll need to spend.
Additionally, if you’re eligible for reimbursement from your company, it’s quite cumbersome navigating to the expenses page.
Currently, I’m no where near a machine and it won’t stop trying to connect. There is no option to view my account while the app is attempting to find a machine. Waste of time and money.

Minimum 10$ payment
A minimum of 10$ is a scam / useless for anyone looking to do just one wash and dry
Convoluted scam.
This app required me to accept all permissions including precise location just to open. Then it directed me to a separate website to enter my card info. Absolutely not, lol. I just need to do $5 of laundry in a hotel and I’m not giving this app I’ve never heard of all of this info just to wash some underwear. There’s no reason for this service to even exist other than to be a middle man and steal money. Don’t give this app your card info. Almost all of the five star reviews sound like they were written by employees- not a single person would ever write reviews that sound like a commercial for a coin laundry app.

Security issues and I know it’s stealing my money
I didn’t consent to store my credit card attached to my phone number but this website automatically did it. There’s no login as long as someone knows my phone number I guess they can charge my card. Great!
Also I know my last usage I loaded an even number and I should have had $2.00 left. Tell me why I opened up the app today and I have $0.50. This isn’t even possible the machines at my apartment are $2 per wash $2 per dry. Because I haven’t used it in a month it’s just trickling money away from me thinking I won’t notice.

Ripoff
This might be fine for residential or neighborhood laundromats, but for a hotel it’s horrible. There’s a minimum $10 fee to add funds, so if you’re doing one load, you’re gifting them a significant amount of money. The app doesn’t take ApplePay or PayPal like some other laundry apps do, and I don’t like giving my credit card # to a company that seems to be trying to take my money (if it were my building I’d get a gift card for laundry, but not worth it for one load). And you have to use a separate website to add funds. If you lose money because of a faulty machine, they don’t give you a refund: they give you credits. Checking out of hotel, so it’s like no refund at all. I didn’t have an issue with the app, but all apps have occasional glitches and again, they don’t give refunds. There’s no reason not to allow us to use credit cards at the machine like other apps do.

Total Scam
If you’re unlucky enough to be in a situation where you need to use their services don’t even bother!!! I’m currently trying to do a single load of laundry which should cost $3-5 but there’s a minimum $10 transfer. Let’s be honest most of us are not going to be using this on a regular basis so you get stuck with money in an account you don’t need!! Just move on to the next place don’t give your money away.

The machines are not coded to the appropriate numbers CONSISTENTLY. Machines vary as to which one is working that day, so that the one that didn’t take your money yesterday does take your money today. The minimal amount of funding is $10. However, each load is three dollars leaving a residual in the account. when putting in for a service request, you get an error message. this is a scam/a rip off. Do not use this company.

Fantastic App!!
I’ve been using the Clear Token app for over 5 years and have made a lot of money with it, as has my team members who also use it in their businesses. No problems at all. Stan and the company are very supportive and professional. Best app of it’s kind, hands down!

They constantly steal your funds from your account. There’s no way that allows you to complain or prove that there was an error on their part and any management company that uses this is not a trustworthy company. I use this because of the convenience of on-site laundry when in an emergency otherwise I’d rather go through the hassle of a laundromat as it’s cheaper anyways.

Garbage server
I’ve been trying to dry my towels for thirty minutes but their garbage server won’t allow me to connect to it. So now I’m stuck with wet towed and no way to dry them. I guess I’ll go buy some clothespin and hang them up next to my apartment. Terrible service
