Easy to use and convenient
I had already put soap on my car but when I tried to rinse it I had ran out of quarters. I had no bills to make change with the machine and so I was stuck with a soapy car. I saw the sign to download this app to help pay for the self car wash and lucky enough I was able to rinse my car
Worst app I’ve ever used
I have lost countless money using this system. They charge the card and then the washer/dryer doesn’t start. Do you get a refund? No. Want to reload your card? Good luck the verification codes won’t work half the time. Biggest pain to use. Apartment management: DO NOT USE THIS APP. Literally the worst app I ever used. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Did what it said it would do.
Made doing laundry much easier and lighter (since I didn’t have to carry around a bunch of coins). I would give it 5 stars if I could purchase tokens straight from the app rather than having to go to the website. Maybe even if you could link PayPal or Venmo so you didn’t have to enter your card number each time.

Perfect app
I rarely review any app but I always want to recommend this app to others every time I use it! IT AUTOMATICALLY CLOSES ITSELF after you are “DONE” using it! So function oriented! No more rubbish!

AND if you have any questions they have a number to call with a REAL PERSON on the other line to help !
Not a recording , no long hold or wait time , not a switch board with a million transfers and over strong accents you can’t always understand .
It was one person , super helpful , clear speaking and available .
I wish EVERY customer service line was as great as clear token .
DEFINITELY telling every one about this app.
Oh and if you have left over credit , you can have it transferred back on to your debit card , bank or what ever you used to fund your clear token balance .
It does take a day or 2 to get back in the bank . But still easy and no hassle .
AND if you have any questions they have a number to call with a REAL PERSON on the other line to help !

Don’t use a laundromat with this system
This is the worst app ever. Had to email almost every time I used the app because it would double charge me. Now they switched to a credit system so I can’t pay for the exact amount, just for tokens. Now I have credits I can’t use because you can only buy increments of 10 dollars. I’m switching to a laundromat that doesn’t use this system.

I have integrated cleartoken in my laundromat!
Most the negative one-star reviews are a year old or older, however I am using cleartoken as an option for my customers to use at my laundromat. I have had it installed on all my machines (68 of them) for about a month, and those that are using it, love it. This has eliminated the use of quarters or tokens. They don’t need to walk in with cash, but can use their credit cards. Those few that have had a problem quickly get it resolved with the cleartoken representative when they call or email. So far my experience has been a positive one, as it is simple to use and is very intuitive. I would recommend them as an additional option for payment.

Glitches Galore
I have to call once a week and this week I was met with a hostile employee. I am just trying to do my laundry and get to work. I do no know the issue I just feel frustrated that it does not work properly. This glitch is costly for me because I am usually late trying to do laundry. Please fix this and also please don’t be rude when I call the number provided.

Could improve
It only gives you a notice 20 minuets before your laundry is done. Would be nice to have a text sent when it’s 5 minuets Til done and when it’s done. Also how are people without smart phones suppose to use them when that is the only option apartment complexes are offering???? Seems they need to fix some issues.. also the dryers do not text you when almost done. Which is a huge issues for apartment complexes that use these washer/dryers
