Bluetooth connection error iPhone
When I connect iPhone to Bluetooth however can’t connect the Yunmai app. So I can’t see the app working. If you are an app check and fix it asap.Aung Zar Ni Win
Version 3.5 has made multiple users a headache
My wife updated the app and said it had a bunch of new features. So I updated too. Now one of us has to turn off Bluetooth for it to work for the other. She’s still sleeping when I’m up in the morning so this makes it a pain. Please update the app to support multiple users without fumbling through Bluetooth settings every time.Show lessDissapointedJoe
Terrible after updates
Used to be a great app and worked flawless with the scale. I enjoyed mine and have recommended the YUNMAI scale to everybody. Not anymore. I am actively looking for a replacement. It’s sad that they took an app that was quick, easy, and a pleasure to use and ruined it. I literally have to turn off and on my phone each time I use it because it locks up every single time.Show lessKrom32117
No longer functional since update
Connects fine with scales, but simply will not record your weight on the app, so no interface with apple health etc. Basically app has been bricked. Scales still work, app is useless … and so the smart scales are now totally dumb. Used to be great
Not a fan of the new updates. making an account and needing access to browser history etc just makes me skeptical with it being a chinese app and the chinese government messing with their domestic complies for data mining. had previously used the app for years and was happy with it before.Capitan Planeta
Bluetooth stopped syncing with phone
I haven’t been able to get the smart scale to sync with my phone in over 3 years now. Suddenly it just stopped working. The scale now only works as a weight scale.
I’ve tried everything from updating the app, deleting the app and all of the content and downloading a fresh updated version.

Workaround to delete weight
I couldn’t delete my toddlers weight entry from my weight history. I was getting an error in Chinese script and it was messing my weekly and monthly weight. So I deleted the entry in apple health data, only then I was able to delete the entry in Yunmai’s app. If you’re struggling with the same issue give it a go.Show lessfeelinglikeadeadduck

This new update is working but I don’t understand why it’s now showing “points” when you use the scale? It’s not a game, it’s a scale !!!SylvainL2011
New Apps cannot connect my scale anymore
My scale works fine but until one day, my phone cannot detect the scale anymore. Tried new batteries but still….not sure it is the matter of Apps or the scale itself….frustratingRingo L
