The app is really buggy
The hardwares are fine but the app is quite buggy. For jumping ropes, I have been achieving a challenge after so many tries. Finally I made it, the app cannot recognize. Sometimes, it stuck at a number and no matter how many you jumps the reading stuck there. The developer does not even leave a way for reporting bugs. A good product but sometimes make you really frustrated.Show lessfAnna543
Not great
The App records a lot of data when you get on the scale but no way of tracking back to see past data and compare progress. You can only see the results for the day you weigh in. Very disappointing.MsShelly1
Lost my old data...
I lost all my data from the previous version of the app and had to sign up for the new version, which doesn’t seem to add anything.fingyunmai
Update is terrible
After the update, you must stand on the scale and have the app open in order to collect data. What a terrible update!Pearltmr
Constant Connectivity Issues
The Bluetooth connection is brutal.
I’ve reset, deleted and reinstalled app and changed batteries too many times to count
Weigh day is bad enough, I don’t need this constant problem.
Would not recommend this scale purely because of this issuecrazymaize13

I would give this a minus if there was one listed!
Bought this and a few months later it won’t work!
Changed batteries still won’t work, can’t send a message to support that won’t work either.
If you have extra money and want to give it away buy this China junk‼️

Now requires a cloud account to use. Stupid. Used to sync over Bluetooth and put data in HealthKit.random4826.!
Update ruined it
After updating the app a login is now required. The is no privacy disclosure given. After creating an account with a fictitious email i found that all of my data had been erased. 2 years of progress tracking gone. A lot of the progress tracking graphs have also been removed.
Was great, now looks way worse, apparently either deletes your data periodically, or requires you allow them to keep your data on their servers... this is a bathroom scale, I don’t need it to have access to the internet. Doesn’t calculate guest weight
I work in a gym and so I use this scale on a lot of people. After an update a few months ago, I was no longer able to use the scale to calculate a guest user’s weight. It would give a 200lb man the weight of 90lbs and it wasn’t even in kg so I’m not sure where that number came from. I realized I had a to make a profile for each person otherwise it won’t work.Show lessCary725
