This app has never worked for me. Screen locks up on log in to bank payment and I have to force close the app. Waste of time.glacier guy
Payments....
Why does the app freeze every time I go to pay my bill? I get to the login screen for Mutual of Omaha and the app freezes. I have to force close the app. I’ve given up and now pay via Safari. It is such a hassle. Please fix.AZ Teacher

This is truly the worse app ever! Month after month I struggle to make payments and result in having late fees. Not user friendly, I pay all my bills on line effortlessly except for this one. My account is always locked and I am not able to reset or unlock it myself.wmtz0143

Needs an update
Definitely like the ease of the app, but can’t access the downloadable documents. With the 2.0 version I have downloaded it doesn’t offer an option for documents.Neezyd
