Проблема с изменением возраста

Все хорошо, только каким способом можно поменять возраст в личном кабинете? Прикрепить пациента с ФИО данных из личного кабинета нельзя, в настройках изменения возраста не нашел. На самом сайте стомеда зайти через данные телефона нельзя - не найдет пользователь.
