Won't even load
I never really write reviews but I just had to with this ! I just downloaded this game from the hype of my family members enjoying this game so I wanted to try it out ... Waited for around 10 minutes for it to load saying "checking for updates", it's been over half an hour and it still hasn't changed screens. Also asked my family members if their app took this long and they said it didn't. I've tried deleting the app and downloading again but it still the same.

Hi there! I'm sorry you ran into this strange glitch when you tried to launch the game for the first time. It's not a common error, and we haven't seen any major server downtime in quite a while. Now that a bit of time has passed, please try: uninstalling the game, turning your device off/on, then re-installing the game. Launch, and then give it a few minutes to prepare all assets for your first match. Subsequent launches should be faster after that. Thanks! -KDgood but
those 30 second ads that come up after every game that you can't skip are ridiculous, instead of watching them I just close and reopen the app which takes less time, instead could you keep it to a minimum of simple pop up ads or even the 5 second ones?? those I can tolerate.

Thought this was a fun app until I was playing against my sister whilst sitting next to her. Didn't take us too long to figure out that the points were rigged.
When playing a round, her app told her that she had won whilst on my phone my app told me I won for the exact same round. How can we both win?!? Both of our apps gave totally different points based on the words used when challenging each other. E.g., player 1's phone shows (player 1 - 102 points, player 2 - 60 points) meanwhile for the same round player 2's phone shows (player 1 - 60 points, player 2 - 102 points)!!!
Clearly the app is rigged so that consumers win, think they are really good, and then pay to get ads free. Which I think is really unimpressive.Show lessvoldemort97

Hi voldemort97! Each time you level up, you're awarded a 2x point boost that doubles the score for only YOUR game for a limited time. If you play your sister while your points boost is active, your score will be doubled but hers will not. Vice versa when she plays you. This is how you each see a different score. The boost reward is announced to you as a prize when you level up, and it is also shown to you above the main menu when it is active. Hope this clears things up! Fortunately, the game is not rigged. -KD
