Great robot
I do like my robot, it does a great job and saves me having to vacuum! With all of these you do have to cut long hair off the rollers, but if you do it regularly it doesn’t cause an issue.
I had a previous model and it is a bit annoying there is no longer a ‘send home’ option in the app as that was very useful when it wasn’t charging properly. Taking it on and off the charger seemed to fix it. Also it doesn’t automatically empty the bin when you put it on the base which is annoying. The vacuum is better than previous versions but the app is worse.

Je ne peux pas fonctionner sans mon braava
Excellent produit fiable et durable de l’utilise depuis plus de 14 ans et jamais je ne l’échangerai contre un autre. Sans parler du service à la clientèle impeccable et unique. J’ai acheté le braava 340 et leM6. Le service m’a toujours très très bien servi. Bravo et merci pour l’excellente qualité.

Walter our iRobot is fantastic!
We have had Walter for nearly 1 year and he’s fantastic and vacuuming and mopping our floors. He avoids objects and even sends us photos of things that were in his way.
Only problem is that we need to remove and clean his rollers every clean, but that’s the price to pay when you have 4 females with long hair!

The app gets hanged as soon as I open it.

Excellent vacuum
J7+ is my favourite floor cleaning robot. Does a terrific job without getting stuck or lost. Reliably returns to the home base to empty and recharge. I do have a period of time set as a quiet time where the robot can be sent out to clean a specific room or zone and return home when finished, but the clean base will not run the internal vacuum to empty the robot bin into the cleaning bag of the base. Speaking of the dirt bin on the robot itself, it is equipped with a sensor to know if it is full and will return to the cleaning base to empty and then resume vacuuming the in progress job. The robot will similarly return to the base to recharge the battery if needed during a job should it get low enough to require that. Well built, reliable effective and easily serviceable if ever needed with modular construction and widely available parts if needed. Great support from the company with software refinement and updates.

iOS 18 Not Supported
Ever since upgrading my devices to iOS 18, the iRobot app no longer works. It sits at the loading screen and freezes.
6 months in the vacuum died.
Our 4150 vacuum was great for 6 months and just randomly stopped working. Gives an error to empty bin. Emptied the bin, cleaned the bin changed the filter, nothing in the help article on the app works and it offers no help beyond that. Was great until it was not. $500 for a vacuum for 6 months is not worth it.
We returned it to Costco and bought a new one. It has worked pretty well since. We did have a warranty claim for the main brush module, but it arrived fast and I replaced it myself.

Love my robot but hate the app. It rarely lets me open a feature before immediately closing. I can't set anything to schedule because of that. Please fix your big complaints from everyone.
