I’m having so much trouble connecting to this app! It’s supposed to show Live Photo capture but it won’t and it just freezes. It takes forever to view the pictures already taken too. I hope they fix it to be more compatible.Cynnah

Ok so the app kinda works but it is very slow to update.
The major issue I have is that the downloading video feature doesn’t work at all. No matter what settings I try. Also the feedback feature within the app doesn't work either.
Its poor really. Especially considering the camera is advertised with these features.Show lessDavem1980
Alright but extremely slow
Decent idea, but very slow to download my clips to my device - the whole point in having something like this is to not have to worry about using the laptop or Pc but I’ll probably end up connecting it up because of how slow it isCaptainbeard22

The new updated version of this app doesn’t even have my version camera as an option and I cannot connect it to my phone as I have a new phone and I can’t change the password which is very annoyingPooflar
Does not work on iOS 11 with H9S camera
The printed manual says the app supports iOS 10. Since manufacturer pointed that out in manual instead of fixing the app, I assume there are no plans to get it to work for iOS 11.

Fix the app asap
This app used to work flawlessly,after the latest updates it crashes all the time and you can’t even mirror screen the camera on your phone when the app is open ,fix it !!!Davin_dick_ward
