This app has been helping me stay accountable to myself in more ways than one. As the days go on, I get more and more motivation by looking at the streak get higher and higher as well as from the way I am feeling from conquering this addiction. I love the little question it asks when you're logging a submission, it has really been helpful by allowing me to realize how much progress I have been making. The mini prompt it gives really asks some deep questions pushing me to look within myself and uncovering why it is that I do the things I do and act the way I do. Overall, this app has been amazingly helpful and I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone struggling with an addiction. Remember we only have one life.
