Great update!
Last version had some bugs, but this update seems to have fixed them all. Also really enjoying the new firmware update on my egg, it's now showing the weather forecast for my tiny little town in Canada! :)1fish-2fish
Can’t get it to work
The instructions are terse to the point of unintelligibilty. I can’t get any further than ‘Please connect to the same Wi-fi network as the device to complete device setup’.
How? My iPhone is on my Wi-fi network, thank you very much. I have no idea what network the device may be using, as I was never given that option. The device hasn’t been told the passcode for my network. There appears to be no way to control what network the device is on.
So, given that the device and the app aren’t communicating, what do the readings in the app mean? At first glance the app is telling me about the air quality in my room. But then I see that the figures on the device and in the app are totally different. The device says AQI 20. The app says outside is 155. And the room display says (a completely fictional?) 59.
After fiddling about a bit, I now just see a triangle with an exclamation mark for the device and a spinning progress wheel. Nothing really seems to do anything. I keep coming back to the same useless Wi-fi message as above.

I just received my laser egg 2 in the mail today and it will not connect to my iPhone. I have restarted both and rebooted both. I have tried to enter the device after connecting to a WiFi source and still will not connect. Please help guys.Bow-Tie

Old App worked, New One Doesn't
I realise this is still a work in progress, but is there any chance the old App can make an apprearance so those of us with older laser eggs can still have App functionality? It worked just fine before this new App. Now, nothing works. Bring back the old App please.JWNV
Still not ready for release
TL;DR: critical bugs remain even in this updated app. Still can't add a 'Home'. iPhone SE 64GB

I used this app before it became Kaiterra, back when it was Origins China. Let's start with the improvements:
The interface looks slick. There are now a few hours of history for aqi data.
Now the regressions:
I can't add my original laser egg. This is because in order to do that, I need to create a 'Home' first. Ok fine. Except when I give my new Home a name, it doesn't get created. There's no indication there was an error, just no new Home. I can't create a 'room' either. So basically this app is only good for displaying the AQI from city data. In that regard, it's far inferior to other apps available.Show lessBwanaQieZi
Origins
This used to be Origins, and I have a Laser Egg 2. Worked fine. Now this random update and rename broke the link and doesnt seem to work and I cant reconnect. Its rubbish. Avoid like the plague.CGL20XX
New App doesn't work
Bought 2 original laser eggs, product is good and easy to connect to old app. New app didn't work for original laser egg, update issued to allow original laser eggs to be used, however, "add home" does not work "add room" does not work therefore not possible to connect to the app!!
