Cannot press buttons on iPhone 12 Pro

Used this app on Android with no problems for years. Upgraded to iPhone and cannot press buttons in top right and left to add a DVR. The app is useless. Considering I can only use Internet Explorer on PC (insecure, deprecated browser) to connect to DVR, this means I essentially cannot access my DVR at all. Please fix!

Best camera app ive used

As a dealer/installer for Vitek and many other brands I can confidently say this is the best app i’ve seen. These 1 star reviews are years old and their issues have been resolved. I help dozens of clients upload and work this app every week and there just are’t issues. Is it perfect? No. But its intuitive and easy to use.

Superior Video Surveillance App

We’ve used many video camera apps and systems, but this one does exactly what we need. The live stream is almost instantaneous and the playback works well. Highly recommend.

I lost my phone and install the app to which I see that one time and won’t show them again once the app is closed then opened. I have uninstall the app every time.

Thx for updating the app

I appreciate you fixing the timeline in response to my email! As I had mentioned, I would also like to see the timebar default to the same playback time in all cameras. For example if I want to view 8pm yesterday on camera one, I’d like the time to remain the same on camera 2, etc, instead of defaulting to midnight. Thx again.

Not happy

I updated ISP it took a week to get my camera back online and it’s been 4weeks and since the app on my phone worked. I called the help desk and they mentioned a software update on my screen device- but provided no insight on how to get it.
