iPhone X
This app no longer works after switching to the iPhone X. Will you guys please fix this app to work with iPhone X? I want to be able to have mobile access for my cameras. I will change to 5 stars once it’s fixed. Hoping someone sees this....
Doesn’t work on iPhone x
Worked with iOS 11 on iPhone 7 but app will not open with iPhone X.
Can not connect
Have not been able to connect to cameras remotely on my iPhone for over a week! Called Vitek, woman said they were having issues and would call us back...that was on Tuesday! Still no call back!!
Does not work on t-mobile
The app is great and works well on your local network and on AT&T (i don't have verizon, so can't confirm).
THIS APP DOES NOT WORK ON T-MOBILE network - it won't even launch, just tries to start and crashes. It works great when connected to my wifi network or when using my phone that is in AT&T. i can even tether my TMobile phone to my ATT phone and it then works.
I also cannot find another viewer to use with the Vitek Transcendent DVR. You would think it would use industry standards over RTSP to work, but apparently it doesn't.
You are at the mercy of this company updating and maintaining its software.... i would think twice about buying a Vitek Transcendent camera system.

Doesn't function with iOS 10
Worked fine with previous iOS, doesn't function AT ALL with iOS 10. We have 2 iPhones, 2 iPads with iOS 10, loads the app, but doesn't function on any of them.
New version breaks Ptz
The new version has ruined Ptz control. Pleas put back the buttons. Where did presets go? Focus?
