I really found this game interesting. It captures the original format of so many older games that have been forgotten. I am very surprised that this wonderful and amazing game doesn’t have many as many downloads as it should. I hope you makers continue your work on this game and help it become a true masterpiece. I only had one problem though, I didn’t quite understand how to play at first. You should include more specific content in your mobile tutorials.Show lessElucidator11
Updates
This game is great, it will always be in and in itself, great. The mechanics are amazing, the fighting system is perfect, the settings are highly customizable, and there’s a large variety of situations or circumstances you can put yourself in at the start or late game. The trouble is, I’ve seen the updated PC version and it looks like a pretty good update considering we’ve been without on for 3 years. The 3D part of it is a little unnerving and is a little weird but the updates for PC look a helluva lot of good spice of life and gameplay advancements. Now I know it’s an open source game so it will need to be maintained, but this is one of THE best mobile games out there; and if you’d show us some love, it could probably put you on the home page of the AppStore as well as make all your supporters happy.Show lesscutcord7711
Good but not without fault
If you like dwarf fortress, you’ll enjoy this. Think DF adventurer mode. You set parameters for your world including monster spawn rates, loot rates, nods, etc. then you creat your character, there’s a multitude of scenarios for added challenge, professions for different skills (from survivor to bionic soldier to used car salesman to clown to firefighter and more), give them traits and flaws, adjust your stats, and add points to your skills. You then spawn in the scenario of your choice and the world is your oyster. The game has an in-depth and “practical” crafting system, health system, equipment/clothing layering, vehicles, and more. Combat is relatively simple and I wish that you could be more strategic such as targeting specific areas.
The game is still in development so it’s not without its flaws. Unfortunately, it seems like the iOS version has not been in updated for years, it’s not a supported version by the creator. If you enjoy this, check out the pc/Mac version. It’s got more features and bug fixes than the iOS version.

It’s a long shot
This game is great I’ve been playing nonstop the past week or 2 and it’s basically everything I’ve ever wanted in a game but what’s killing the fun is after awhile I started noticing the game crashes or just breaks for several different actions/ random encounters. These crashes weren’t an issue when I first began playing but now I can’t go 10 mins without the game crashing cause I wanted to fire a weapon. I found a fix but it’s not exactly a satisfactory, you’d have to start a new character to avoid these bugs that plagues your previous character. Now I just wanted to say i know it’s a long shot from here but I’d really like an update for the game, i know it’s been around 3 years since they last updated it so it’s likely an abandoned project but if y’all are still sticking around y’all could give us this last update that fixes several bugs I’m sure have already fixed in the web version of the game it’d be awesome. Despite the bugs, I do still enjoy the game, I’ve even recommended it to a few of my friends just have to work on these issues and the experience would be 200x better.Show lessSektec7
Charming old-school fun!
When this showed up in the AppStore, I checked it out, and immediately downloaded it. I played it for about 2 minutes before purchasing the sound pack. If I could, I'd buy it a few more times to support the devs of the game. I've barely started, and it's already won my heart. It takes me back to the days of MUDs, but mixed with top-down, grid-based graphics. I can't wait to get back to playing and see how it all unfolds. Amazing Port.
This game is a good port of the original Cataclysm for PC. Just needs a button to open the keyboard, because I keep getting a Issue where the keyboard won’t open when I swipe up. Other than that. I mostly made the review to say that. Other than that, deep game, amazing amount of things you can do.Spiderbot7
This is a solid game
I am really surprised about how much freedom of choice you have with making characters and all the different commands. This game is a gemstone that needs some work and polishing to be flawless.Malcom Samwise
Complex, to put it lightly.
For those who require extreme depth, and true customization, you won't put this down.
At first, it almost seems broken. Learn to use the keyboard effectively, and you'll find out this version is actually as close to the PC version possible.

Needs an update
I love this app as a way to play cdda on the go but it hasn’t been updated at all. There is now a lot more features on PC and I don’t see why those haven’t been updated into this. Hope I can see the new scenarios, professions, and recipes in the near futureNNA_Ams
