This app does not work at all. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The only thing it does is show my bus route which I can do on any app. It does not show you where the bus is located at all. It freezes when I try to select my bus. It takes me 5 times closing and opening the app for me to actually be able to select my bus. Do not waste your time with this app

Frustrating
The bus on the map is always significantly behind the bus in the world, and if you zoom in to try to get a better picture of where the bus is, the app spontaneously zooms you out to see the entire route… just counterintuitive design with poor execution. The city switched to this system recently and I assume it must be a lot cheaper because it feels a lot cheaper

I am begging you to fix your app
It really feels like no human tested this app before deployment, and no one has thought about it since putting it out.
There are so many tiny little changes that would make using this app way less painful.
For one, half of the time when I close and reopen the app, it saves what routes I was looking at, but the other half of the time it deselects these and selected a different route. Why??? This is so annoying, especially because most times I use this app I am in a rush.
There is also a common bug where if I click any of the items in the hamburger menu on the map, I get stuck and cannot exit.
Everything takes forever to load on this app, and I don’t understand why. There’s also no indication if things are actually loading, so sometimes I’m left waiting for something to happen, only to find out that my route was unselected at random and the app just hasn’t been doing anything.
Please for the love of god push a single update to this app.

Review of Spot App
Very convenient app that provides the different types of bus routes to Campus Bus (6,9, and also 12). The Bloomington Transit also shows the full schedule. Highly recommended.
Awful buggy horrible app
I don’t understand how you can make a bus app then have it have actually 0 functionality. Hardly tracks the buses it’s like a 10% chance it’ll actually show where they are. When it does they are usually severely further back then where then where actually are irl. There’s a favorites tab for routes, only you cannot favorite routes. It’s also likely that every time you open the application, the routes you have selected just deselect and it will automatically pick the first route and just show that. My school used a actual nice and functional transit app but switched to this a year ago, must be cheaper or something, I HOPE it was cheaper because this is a joke of a program.

Cannot favorite routes
Every time I open app, I have to go to the routes and uncheck the default route 1 and select route 9 to load on the maps. It would be helpful if the map just stayed open on the last route I used. Or if the favorites function referred to a route as well as a stop. Also, if I do select a favorite stop, not all the buses that go through that stop are shown, so that function is useless. I do use the app everyday, so I am appreciative for it, but it could be improved!
One more thing, the app is 17+. I had to change my 13 year old daughter’s settings to allow 17+ apps for her to use.

Please give this app some love
Hello. This message is for whoever is charged with designing this app. Please take the time to give it some more attention with some other skilled app designers if you possibly can. It can be extremely helpful in the absence of a posted schedule, but the Feedback part malfunctions sometimes, and for someone who might want to ride occasionally, it would be too difficult. Easy route to work when I need it
Very quick pickup and transfer. Clean vehicles, great staff and above par system compared to many other cities. Thank you! Never late to work!!
Routes
I’ve recently redownloaded this and the routes don’t even pop up. It shows my location however doesn’t show the bus stops nor the routes. When the app actually works it’s all good. I hope this gets fixed soon..
The worst bus app
This app doesnt show the current location of the bus, but lastly visited station. Often returns empty screen, and never save user’s setting. Also doesn’t show the direction of the bus, so users have to stare the screen for few mins to figure out the direction until it changes the location (actually location of stations)
