Fixed income and Disable Veteran
Dart works for me. I really hope that the rate can stay the same because people on fixed income are not getting a raise in benefits to justify the rate increase being proposed. Let’s not raise the fare so much. From 96 to 126 is pretty steep. How about to 100? All the other proposed changes seem okay as far as consolidating am and pm fares to three hours. I appreciate the App updates and the train
I’ve rode the train numerous times to the airport and back from Fort Worth and to Dallas on occasion. I’m glad to see the recent updates to the app so that tells me there’s investment being made to this public service. I really appreciate this service. I noticed in the recent update it was mentioned that “improved clarity on fare caps”, I'm not sure what a fare cap even is? Would be nice to see this explained. I tried looking through the FAQs but I didn’t see it. Maybe I missed it. Thanks again!Show lesschanstag
Issue with GoLink every time
App is great! Prices are great! But why not rides!!!! I have been using the app for so long and avoided lot of issues and bugs but now i am forced to write this review because i am kind of fed up with the issue in booking golink every now and then. And the worst part is whenever i try to report, no matter even if I try to report multiple times, nothing gets fixed and nobody reaponds or take actions.
Today i continuously getting error of no rides at this route msg infact i book that every single day!!! When i reported like almost 10 times, even though nothing worked!!! So no go links today on any route at all today? Even if thats the case u don’t believe in informing customers before hand???Show lessPandeyy1427
