I had the worse experience I ordered and they duplicate my order twice
And when i contact the ( chat with us ) they do not have any idea about why it is duplicate
My last time to use this app and this website it is a platform to still the customerbalsalloum
Not recommended at all
The first thing they will do they will take your money but the products you will never receive it on time they will keep calling you to give them your address and ID number which is sensitive number that is linked to a lot of things in some countries. I hope I will get my money back which already gone with the windShow lessحمدك حليمة

This app use to work fine. But now it when I open it up it doesn’t work at all. I tried re downloading it from the App Store and it still doesn’t work. Please fix this :(bellajf915

Ive ordered before and it came wothin 3 days , the one that i just ordered now nearly 4 weeks!!? Whats happening?? Ive called in million of time to boutiqaat and aramex and always promise me thats its coming and i still didnt get it! I have a friend of my that ordered and got it after 3 days!!!salha12

Worse service. I ordered 2 days ago and when the order came the package has a sticker with my name but what is inside not what I ordered and when i called them they said i have to wait another 48 hours ( 2 days), so is that how you deal with a mistake that is done by your company?anwaara
