Horrible Service
I don’t recommend this application,I made order and received it after 10 days despite calling the customer support 10times and complaining, they just ignore u and the delivery service is garbage even after charging so high for delivery serviceÖmer Uchiha
Poor customer service
Placed an order on27/9 amount deducted received confirmation ,, then all the sudden received cancellation message today 1/10 ,, called the customer service and they claimed that i haven’t answered their calls !!! While i was eager and waiting for their delivery confirmation call !!Suaad 89

This app about how influencers can fool the consumers . By bringing another famous brand name, They are not involved in create it or design it, just because social media star like it , they will sell it under their name because it’s their taste . On other hand , social media stars must know how to respect consumer or viewers by creating their own products not buy it and then resale it with higher price. Great app, execution improvement
Great App as concept just needs improvement in the accessibility as i believe it can be improved with adding more features such why does the mobile number need to be national.
and is there any tutorials for the merchandises or the products.
Adding a little brief summary of the celebrities and each boutique can customise their boutique to express themselves also to do branding also you will have sponsored adds when you start doing this as you will interact with the customers and the celebrities you will have people watching these adds and tutorials of the celebrities not just in GCC in all of your branches.

Bad service ... worst experience
Do not use this app ... So bad service it take long time to arrive and when you contact them they only replay we don't know anything about when it will be arrived ... shipping charge is very high for this long time of waiting and their customer service are not helpful at all they do not know anything about the shipping or where is the order ... the price of the items is higher than other websites... no tracking for ordersShow lessFatoomiiyuo
