When it works it’s great
Same problem as others. Won’t pick up sometimes when you’re ready to workout. Disconnects often. Come on developers. It’s not that hard. Put some time and effort into your product before people change to something that works all the time.
Just does not work
I switched to this because the previous app (InRide) now just crashes on launch - presumably deliberately done by the developer so users are forced to the paid app?)
Just used this app for the first time and found that it consistently freezes as soon as I use the app switcher to launch a different app e.g. podcast player. When I go back to the Kinetic app ths screen is frozen and I have to restart the entire workout.
This is something I only discovered after 15 mins of the workout so it basically make the app un-useable for me.

Not very intuitive
Tried this because my trainer came with the "smart" attachment. Kept trying to get me to sign up to a monthly contract. Not impressed. First "core" workout and all it recorded was the warmup. Did not progress into the exercise so I spent the time on a "free ride" which wouldn't save. To add insult to injury the workout then began after 40+ minutes riding. Deleted app. I'll just use this trainer the same way I used my old non-smart one.

Good till now!
Up until now it has been a compliment to my kinetic turbo.
The latest update has removed all the workouts??
