Love the App.
The mobile app does exactly what it’s designed to do. It keeps me updated on my child’s day—from meals and activities to all the fun things they’re doing and learning. I love how I can easily access all the memories of the past. The real time updates throughout the day gives me confidence in my child’s care and learning experience.

Keeps me informed
I have no issues with the app and think it is great! I can easily see my child’s learning activities and a few photos each day! It also shows me what developmental skills she is working on and the weekly curriculum plan for her class! I appreciate all the information provided in the app!
Interesting
Well the app has FINALLY improved some. Hallelujah!! I didn’t think we’d ever see the day! I find it funny that there are only 3 reviews given the plethora of issues in recent years and months. Maybe you all finally cleared house and started over with the design and executive teams? One can only hope. I am here because I cannot log into the app today, but I am able to login online. I’m not even sure how I was logged out. Same story, different year. It is still slow to update and I frequently have to close the app completely before reopening to get updates on my kids. This app used to be worth negative stars and is now maybe finally worth something. We’ll see as time progresses..

Load nothing sometimes
It takes infinite time to load a lot of times.
No idea what is going on
The daycare says the teachers can’t upload any information to the app, so I have no idea how my poor kid is doing. Parents deserve more especially when paying Bright Horizons tuition!
This app is Terrible
This app has never worked for me. Can’t login on it period. I’m able to login on the website without an issue but the app doesn’t recognize my login credentials or saying that account doesn’t exist. Even to report the issue the app couldn’t submit my request or report of the issue.
Way too Many Bugs
From forced log outs, to notices that too many log in attempts have locked the account, this is not my favorite app for user-friendliness. This is an app that will often be shared with two parents using one log in, and it doesn’t seem the app is set up to accommodate multiple logins. If this is the case then both parents should be able to establish unique log ins! While I enjoy the capabilities of the app once logged in, the headache from access issues makes me rate it a 2. Further, as BH is recognized as a superior learning center its technology should match. As a NYC enrollee…we pay too much in tuition to deal with these challenges to monitor our kids day to day!

Consistently disappointing.
So much missed potential here, especially considering the value parents place upon tracking and celebrating our little ones’ hours at “school.”
Terribly slow (and occasionally non-existent) update/photo downloads and lack of visible progress meters thereof make the app exasperating.

Horrible. Rarely stable. Should be zero stars.
After 5 to 6 years of using this app, it is just pure garbage. They try to dress it up to make it look pretty but functionally it does not work. It constantly crashes. Does not matter what Internet source you were on. I am always on the latest version of the app and always have problems. Right now, it crashes when trying to swipe through the photos in Memories.
Clearly the 7-figure CEO is not putting funds into Development but is pushing that this app is sold as a premium feature with the company. Disappointing to say the least …
