Great but needs a bit more
This app could use the following:
1. A widget
2. Home Kit compatibility
3. Apple Watch app
I recognize that these might not happen at all.
4. More flexibility on recurring pins like repeat x months or x weeks or x days.
Also something like let us choose days of the week to grant access on.x fucci
Great paper weight
This app is terrible. Nothing but error codes and doesn’t sync or connect to the lock. Waste of money.kz1000tmc
Great products
Works great! I’m using it to manage access to the back gate entrance at my business and I’m thinking about replacing more of the locks on the property with Igloohome products to reduce the number of keys I have to keep up with.
They obviously put a lot of thought into design and development. They covered a lot of ground. The only thing I wish is I would love if I could export and print the logs.Show lessDr LoHertz

This app is so finicky with logging in. If you miss your FaceID just once, it logs you out. Why isn’t there a re-attempt button to login again with FaceID?Wyiel

Igloohome app crashing
Your igloohome app keeps crashing. I get a blank white screen when I open it to use it. Have to go into the iPhone Settings > igloohome > turn off bluetooth and turn on bluetooth again to reboot the app. This is not
Another problem is if the face recognition scans once and doesn’t recognise, your app locks up. Then it crashes and asks me to relogin.
After a might out, these sort of situations with your app is really not ideal. Makes jst having a keys more convenient and straight forward.
Pls fix the bugs!

Really great app and lock! I wish they would add a home screen widget on iOS 14 so that we can unlock the door with less taps - directly from the home screen.Kjgraf
New update broke more than fixed.
The newest firmware/app update disabled the ability to view the battery life. That’s pretty crucial for an electronic lock.stockwood
