Update Broke App
Tried to use the app today 2/7/20 and got a notification that there was an update for it. I downloaded the update and now the app won’t open. As soon as I click on it, it freezes. I’ve deleted it completely and reloaded it twice and it just freezes. Everything else is up-to-date on my iPhone so it’s got to the the update. The app was working fine before this latest update.

It would take a week. I’ve spoken to representatives at the savings and loan and nobody seem to be able to give me a legitimate answer on any of my questions. App still not working as intended
It has been months now and i have entered, re-entered and saved my login id several times but still am unable to view my account balance without entering my password. Please, please, please fix and update this app.
Frustrated
I have logged-in my information and re-entered my choice of accounts to be visible without logging in...I don't remember what you're calling it because I just updated last night, but I still have to log in to see my account balances. Confused about the point of the feature if it was going to work. Everything else is cool, however it would help if I could see pending transactions both for deposits and withdrawals. I have to use the app and them go online right after to get all my account info. 😏
