Worst app
Any idea what you guys did behind the scene ? Fed mobile app no hanging. It is hanging while trying to pay non fed account not even allowing to create issue tickets. I am latest IOS (just updated )olobiri

I would like to remind that we all are living in 21 st century. No one has time to visit your branch twice in a week.
I was have NRO and NRI account with federal bank and mostly I’m not in India. I was totally depending FedMobile app for online transactions. Honestly I’m so sorry to say that FedMobile app giving such kinda hard time.
App is not working well. It’s a humble request that, try to fix it.
People are behind online banking just because of ease. Don’t make it hard for valuable customers.

The beneficiaries seen on the desktop FedNet portal are not synced with the iPhone Fedmobile app. This is a glaring error. The account balances and every individual transaction is reflected correctly on the two different platforms. So why not beneficiaries? Fix it Federal Bank!Chickoom

The good side is those who cannot go to bank or abroad , it’s some what useful for transactions. It’s not very easy to operate. A study guide also required to educate customers how to use.ഷിബു
