    Hi,

    Many times tried to update my email within the app, after one day it again went back to a duplicate email.

  • Shows blank screen on opening app

    I see black screen after opening the app. Uninstalled and downloaded again, still the same. Fix this

  • Authentication issue

    Since last few months the app is asking for device authentication (sms) each and everytime I open the app in ios .Very annoying as Im in international roaming . Solution plz.

  • Horrible staff and bad customer experience with worse infrastructure. Tata bye bye Kadam

    I asked for my nri account number change more than 10 days they took to read my email from branch and responded after sending cc to customer service and senior manager and replied with in same day but they reply after 3 days about missing item .
    Then they asked me to send text from my mobile but they never could it even after 26 th day so I quite them .. Tata bye bye Kadam

    Stands out from rest of the banks. Great app.
  • Unstable | Poor Execution

    Unable to use the app after latest update. Once logged in successfully, app alerts that "KYC expired" and the button to update KYC is not working at all.

    Everytime app updates, one or the other problem appears.

    It's almost like the developers never even test the app properly and rush the releases.

  • Terrible experience

    Never do any bookings with FedMobile. Bank don’t have any control on it. Did a booking and got confirmation from the bank. But when I approached they said there is no booking in my name . Complained to the bank and they closed the case by just refund the money and an apology for the inconvenience.

  • Nothing works at all…

    When ever trying to send money it shows some error.
    Bank says reinstall app….
    Then add beneficiary doesn’t work…
    Reinstall again some other options wont work
    Its been a headache since i started Account with Fedral Bank..
    Such a shame ….
    The bank staff knows nothing about it….
    Very irresponsible developers…
    What surprises me even the Bank doesn't even care about the account holders.
    Taking all our money as service charge and doing nothing…..
