Waste of time
Don't waste your time with this it Doesn't work period.
App won't even open
The app completely stopped working and won't even open. It shows a spinner on the screen like it's trying to open and does nothing else. Can't use the app support or developer website links within the App Store description to report anything because they both go the same place and none of the site is in English and there is no option to even translate it into English. The app was buggy and not user friendly even before, but now it's completely non-functional. I regret even purchasing the scale because of this app being what needs to be used with it. Many of the features never even worked and now none of them do. Very frustrating.

Weight and complete body measurements
I have had my scale for about three years and it gives accurate weight and body measurements as compared to a much more expensive one in the weight loss clinic. I use it daily.
Typical Chinese app with no support
Sadly, this type of app has become all too prevalent in today’s world. I’m guessing it’s a single individual who has figured out how they can make a ton of money by putting an app out there that connects to inexpensive devices in this case of scale,and then claim that they’re being altruistic. What they really are are raking in the dough from ads, often a plethora of them, shove down your throat with the intention of selling you a subscription. The numbers they give based on weighing oneself on said scale are questionable at best, I would love to see the scientific algorithms are using to determine some of these claims. It’s sad, because this has a significant amount of potential. If there were actual science behind their numbers and the app itself wasn’t so buggy I’d consider subscribing but as it stands now the only thing that I care about is the rest of the numbers I can do myself. so if you’re buying one of these inexpensive scales, do not expect the world from the app, it’s what we get in today’s world.

Received the scales today which required this app, I have only been using the app 5 mins buts quite impressed it’s done everything I need it to and told me what I wanted to know

This app is full of ads and I don’t trust it
I bought a scale in Woolworths but it comes with this app that constantly shows you ads and tricks you into clicking them.

Not able to create account
I’m literally not even able to create an account. While this may not seem fair, it seems that a fair amount of users have also experienced problems with the app. As the title says, I have tried multiple times to create an account but the message I keep getting is “server error”. Perhaps that will change later but for now I’ll just have to assume the app is buggy.

Garbage app
I paid for the scale and the app that came with it, but every single time you launch it they try to con you into setting up an account with some other website that isn’t necessary even after you’ve created an account for the app itself. This clearly violates Apple‘s policies and should result in the app being removed from the store making the scale irrelevant to sell. I would give this zero stars if Apple would let me.

Fat measurement doesn’t work
A feature I’d really love to work is the fat measurement (hence part of the scale name when purchase was made) and it doesn’t. My scale is clean, leveled, I step on when I get out shower… I mean I’ve done everything. And it still doesn’t work. Im just convinced it’s not going to work and that makes me sad about my purchase. If I wanted that part of the feature left out then I would’ve elected to make a different purchase, but I chose this one.
