Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your issues. I made some changes when adding iMessage app support a few months ago, and one of those changes involved copying all of the checklists to a new location internally. I tested this process meticulously on numerous devices, but it appears I wasn't thorough enough. I apologize for the lost data, I know that must have been frustrating.
