Buggy
It’s so buggy I can’t view my files via the app so I resort to a web browser but sometimes they don’t load at all. Also, the way that the tracks are displayed once you click on it makes some nearly impossible to click the play button because it hides underneath the UR tab. It’s as if nobody within the company reviewed this app after creating it.

Terrible Performance
You cannot download videos from the app, nor can you access different file groups. Overall a terrible app that gets progressively worse with each update.

I’ve had access to hightail for years.. it wasn’t until recently with the updates did I start having trouble.
I cannot watch videos if my phone is on silent, I cannot put videos into full screen mode, I cannot download videos, I cannot seek on videos, I cannot play audio without keeping my phone unlocked the whole time, I cannot watch a video in miniplayer mode, I cannot listen to audio with the audio in the background.
Each update the app gets worse and worse.

Can’t see or download videos
From yesterday I can’t see the videos or download from the app, in the computer work properly but in the iPhone not

I’ve been using Hightail for over a decade and on desktop it’s fantastic.
But the app has never worked, on any version in any way.
Doing literally anything crashes the app. Viewing your media, opening a clients comment. I’ve never been able to spend more than a minute on the app without it crashing, and reopening and trying again does not work.

Bad all around
Commenting is really clunky. It barely works with iPad. Wish there was something better.
Very disappointing
The interface is difficult to figure out, or at least the way it is showing up on my MacBook is difficult. There is no simple, direct way to simply select and send a file. Also, it won't send video files. This was a waste of time and money.

Really really poor. It did not allow me to add more files. Menu does not work. Avoid!

I pay to use hightail and feel that the iPhone app is a terrible waste of my time. If you open hightail in safari a pop up to download the app blocks everything and makes it unusable. Actually now I come to think about it it’s not really a waste of time it’s an insult.

Lacks some of the functionality of the web site. Which raises the question- what is the point of it?
