Unable to download zip files
This is a bummer - no matter how many times you tap the arrow to download a zip file, it won’t download on iOS.

No stars. This is the most ineptly designed file sharing program I have ever encountered.
Terrible
Very poor. After updating my password on the website, the app won’t recognise it. Doesn’t integrate with the App Store or Facial Recognition on iPhones.

It won’t let me download files anymore and the website is incredibly slow.
App and Website do not scale for iPad
It’s been years. The app is still missing functionality, and the website does not scale for an iPad. It’s time….
Useless For Mobile Devices
Don’t bother if you plan to use on a mobile device or share with others that will need to access on their phone or tablet. The compatibility and format of both the website and app are awful unless you’re on a desktop or laptop. I paid the full monthly subscription but it changed nothing.
Terrible design
I got sent a link with my wedding photos to this site. Not only is the website awful on an iPhone but the app is even worse - can't link and view the workspace sent to me inside the app. It keeps wanting me to create my own workspace. Useless. Will have to download all the photos to Dropbox or something else to view them.

Unable to log on
I am unable to log on & have reset my password several times. However I can log on to the website but not the Mobil app.
