Awful Application
I have been with Verizon for over twenty years and have never been late on a payment. I recently switched over to a business plan and downloaded this application to set up automatic pay. Apparently the auto pay didn’t go through but I did receive multiple “payment successful” notifications on the app. I finally received a notification with a large bill. When I went in, they told me my payments didn’t actually go through even though the app told me they did. I had to call someone who passed my number a long to a supervisor who I have yet to hear from. I have a twenty something dollar late fee and I’m on a restricted account where I have to go to the store and pay cash every month for the next six months. I do not have a bank in town here so this will result in a $3.00 transaction fee each time through the ATM. No one seems to be able to help me out with this issue. Don’t use the application. Go through the website instead. What a headache.
