Reliable and convenient!
This app is great I often have to do recording sessions. When I'm done I upload the file onto hightail and can walk out the door and send them to the client without having to wait around the studio. It's a big time saver for me!

A fantastic way to send large files and be able to track down loads etc...I use Hightail every day for my Real Estate Photography Business,I have tried other file sending services like Dropbox and it does not even compare.
What is it?
I'm a long time paid subscriber of Hightail and ever since "Spaces" popped up, everyone I send mp3 files to via Hightail has problems, is Spaces intended to replace Hightail's file sending functions? - there are no instructions that I can locate, but the 2 applications seem to want to be co-mingled, but neither works? What the heck is spaces and why doesn't regular Hightail work for sending mp3 files anymore? Insane... Please just make Hightail work for sending MP3s again and leave it alone. (they're still easy to send except the recipient can't get the file to open and play unless they are also a paid subscriber... I think, please explain.

Hightail Spaces just doesn't work
I've tried logging in through gmail, hightail, and hightail spaces and it always kicks me back to the login page. Very very frustrating.
Keeps crashing!!
Logged into my account, viewing files and when I clicked on any comments it crashed on numerous attempts!
Great for feedback on visual projects
As CMO, I always have dozens of visual projects (web designs, ad creative, video production, etc.) in the works all at once. Providing timely feedback on all these projects is a pain, especially if I’m traveling. This app lets me do it all on my iPhone. Super easy to just click on the image, add my comments, and know that it will get back to the designer so I’m not the one holding things up. Love it.

My new essential app for giving feedback
I love being able to leave comments on an actual image - allows me to be precise about what I mean. And now I can do it on my phone, which is great. I’ve already started reviewing stuff on the go and getting stuff done even though I’m not in the office (well it is Labor Day weekend).
Also worth mentioning that this is one of the more beautiful apps out there. Fantastic design work.
