What’ve they done?
The older version of this used to work just fine, this new version I can’t even log in with, with little or no support as to what the problem is.
Hightail for desktop great the app is aweful :(
Beeen a pro subscriber for years now so I got this app the other day. It is COMPLETELY USELESS. I can't do anything on it from my phone but see what I've sent to people and what they sent to me. I can't actually download anything with from my phone with it😤😤😤 Come on guys how hard can it be to write an app that uploads and downloads files. Didn't seem to be an issue for my desktop. What ever app developer you used to design this should be utterly ashamed of themselves. EPIC FAIL!!!!! I think

Shocking user experience on iphone
Cannot even log in...Incredibly painful and frustrating
SUCKS!
I used Hightail for YEARS, and was really happy with it. This new Spaces thing SUCKS! Can't even forward my files easily any more! I will probably cancel my Pro subscription and try something else instead! :-(
Not impressed
I find the app extremely frustrating - cannot open my PDF files on my iPad or iPhone like I was used to do. Not impressed.
Outstanding
I have used Hightail on my computer for years. Best and easiest way to send large files. I needed to send a movie that was on my phone. Far to large to email or text. So, I downloaded Hightail and used that. Easy! The iPhone app is as easy to use as the computer app.
FAIL
I'm an audio professional who has used Hightail for years. I have an extensive folder system built on Hightail's servers with audio files for my clients. With this new app I can no longer play files from my folders on my phone. I can no longer seem to even send out a file from my phone. The app only wants to access my photos when I ask to send a file. It no longer accesses my folder library. All the simple useful features I ever used are no longer functioning... Access my folders, play a file, send a file. What kind of file sharing app doesn't do this?? I had all this functionality before but now they've incredibly taken away all the features I need. Why!!?? Be aware, this is now a photo sharing app, not a file server app! I don't need this!! App is now rendered useless to me... 0 stars

Useless
Useless, Hightail just gets worse and worse doesn't it? Can't even use this app to send files from my hightail folders. Why do I bother?
Improvement
The new app is much more useful than before as it makes it easy to find and manage files than before. Good design!
