Can’t send files from folders
Used to work with old app. Not anymore. Very frustrating. Might be time to move on

Can't print
I can log in & view my file although opening each page is painfully slow..but app won't give me option to print a page I'm viewing on app! Rubbish!
What’s the point of this app?
Tried to access my videos on mobile browser. Able to see my video files but Couldn’t download them. It suggested me to download the app so I did. Turned out with the app, I can’t even see my videos in preview let alone download the files! So what’s the point of using this app? Terrible.
App is now useless
I only use hightail for large music files. I can see my saved files but can i do ANYTHING with them? No. I can send or play. Useless. Absolute rubbish. Won’t app update ever.
Still no update for iPhone X
App does the job of showing status of my sent files, though seems completely unnecessary when the website could do the same thing.

I would have expected this app to mirror somewhat closely the online version.
What is missing for me is the ability to forward or resend files that I sent from my computer workstation. It only allows sending data resident on the phone. I have to use the browser version to use all its features. Maybe that is the point but, the earlier version of this app had much more functionality. Having the ability to not only track, but manage sent files would be so convenient on a phone.

No iPad compatible
What crappy app! I was going to use this for photographs, store and use it for client to show on their device. So small on 12.9 iPad Pro compare to the cloud apps out there, this is lowest of the low. I paid premium for the pro, liked the unlimited storage but considering canceling it.
Not user friendly
Loved Hightail, and now obsolete with its new update. I cannot manage from my iPad or phone, the app is useless. As soon as I get to a desktop and empty my content I will be cancelling this. Completely lost my business
Useless
The app itself is useless. It used to be good before it switch to this new app. You can’t preview any PDF files or listen to mp3 files anymore to see that they’re the right files you want to send. It would be great if this could be changed. Thank you
I wish the old version was still around
I mainly use the app for sending one off audio files (I’m a record producer). With the previous version, I could go to a folder, find the song I wanted, copy the link, and send that link to someone so that they could download the file. Now, with these spaces, I can’t do that from the phone version, (and it takes extra steps on the PC version). On the phone version, I can access my folders, but when I click “send files”, it only allows me to access photos and videos on my phone! I can’t send files from my hightail folder (or if I can, it is totally non-intuitive on how to do it). Maybe I need to switch to Dropbox or something else. The old version on Hightail was 5 stars, this version is 1 star...
