Don’t waste your time with Mr Delivery. I have placed multiple orders and they have got my orders wrong more than they have got them right. The hassle they cause isn’t worth it.A Mobbs

Where all other apps make you sign up, confirm via email, add a credit card, and then verify your account — ALL PRIOR TO USE, Mr. D let me sign up, order, and eat within an hour PAYING CASH on Delivery!

The service is excellent except that its the third time this week that drivers were at capacity,if there was more drivers that would be great78692101
Should be Mr Collection Only
While the app initially seems to have more selection than Uber eats, upon closer review most of the additional restaurants are “Collect Only”
This should be a separate section or filter within the app as opposed to default.OG Dalington
Finally a food delivery app!
This app is great however still far behind in terms of apps like Sherpa’s (China) and Foodpanda (Hong Kong). It would be great to follow your driver via gps to see how far they are from you so you can make sure you are at the door in time and not taking a shower or something. Unable to offer solutions or immediate refund if MrD can’t fulfill your order
The App allows for you to place an order and process your payment regardless if the branch in your area’s online status OR the branch received my order, then went offline and couldn’t fulfill your order... either way, you can’t get a refund unless they manually process it and that take 5 - 7 working days.Show lessSuzanne Harmse

Terrible Service
Terrible App for people visiting South Africa. They do not contact you if there is something wrong and when i tried to contact them regarding missing items the number they provided would not work......_______
Service is awful for foreigners!
Visiting Cape Town for a few weeks and ordered from this app, was never updated of the status of my food because I had an international phone number and when I spoke to customer service she suggested a buy a new SIM card. Won’t be ordering again.ThisIsAOneTimeDeal
Great easy to use app and delivery
It’s just a pity you don’t accept international cards. I want to be able to order dinner for my dad often from abroad but tried all my cards and none work accept for South African issued bank cards :(KelH83
