Very bad customer service
I ordered a lactogen of 500gm and paid the amount they asked and delivered only 200gm and when I complained in Dunzo support. They closed the ticket without any reply I send pictures and videos as a proof. Very bad customer service. And when we email they they will not respond properly. Worst customer service ever
They will charge you and not deliver your items to you. And then when you reach to support they will just straightway mark your issue as resolved without even replying. And then you end up in loop to find someone on twitter who try and listen just in hope you either get your item or your money back. Deleting this app forever.Show lessbsnagi

I’ve reinstalled the app several times, after many desperate emails finally found a hack that would let me speak to a human and they were completely uninterested in helping me.
