There are a lot of reviews related to Dunzo which have been shown in the recommended section of the reviews or AppStore however those reviews are 2 years old.
Of course Dunzo had its fair share of problems back then but it has improved its customer service and app way better than I had expected. I don’t understand people have time to write down negative reviews but when the problems have been fixed why don’t they care enough to update the review to 5 star ratings ?
Why so much of hate towards these e-commerce apps ?

No item no refund
Worst experience of my life. Today, my order wasn’t delivered by dunzo partner. When I chatted with dunzo support, they simply informed that money cannot be refunded and blocked further chat by giving an automatic response to email any queries to dunzo support.
