Convenient, reliable and user friendly!
Dunzo is something that we all needed since a really long time.
Now especially considering the lockdown it’s been difficult for us to get out of the house and with our vehicles refusing to start now, dunzo makes it very easy and affordable to get things delivered.
I got my new phone sent from another part of the city, I get groceries delivered once twice a week, it’s just amazing!
Moreover the customer service is great too! I got sent conditioner in place of shampoo and was refunded for the inconvenience and got to keep the conditioner too. I bet your shop does not do that! ;)Show lessAfshaanMerchant

Send wrong items
They have been *consistently* delivering wrong items when “Daily Grocery” ordering is availed.
Initially, they offered refunds but now they have stopped doing that, and resolving tickets with automated messages to the effect that next time they will do better.AlwaysLearning9

Thank you so much for rising up to the occasion in these difficult times. Bug basket and big bazaar failed miserably when the real occasion came for them to step up. I had lost hope of ordering groceries since there are very few kirana shops nearby with very less stock. A friend from banglore suggested that dunzo works and it did! God bless you guys! Not worth it
Not sure how folks have rated 5 stars. Zero customer service that will close the support issue without any resolution. U end up paying and not getting the work done. No refunds provided.#PandoraPopRocks
