Horrendous
You shouldn’t want to break your phone because of an app. Worst log in interface ever. No password manager can fill in the fields. You can’t even copy and paste your 2FA code. This needs a replacement.SanojaLV
Logs out often - can’t add time easily
As others have said this frustrating with slow logins and often logs out, when you want to log/update a ticket quickly.
There’s also no way to add a period of time, only start a timer, which isn’t always wanted. Could definitely benefit from talking to the user base.Gt-aus

Its slow and keep logging out. And asking 2fa again and again and again everytime I logging in. Its should remember and use faceid. Painful!Fscseko

Looks outdated, doesn't always function properly. Not sure why the salesperson told me they have an "awesome" app, he shouldn't have mentioned it let alone used it as a selling point. Just pretend this app doesn't exist and use the website.ashamed2b
Looks horrible on iPhone 6 Plus
