This app works amazing and is super easy to learn. You can control every setting and function of the camera from your phone, remotely. It works amazing, I just wish I could delete videos off the SD from the app. Before you guys write a bad review, give your phone to a half way competent person between the ages of 10 and 25 and they can set it up in seconds.Show lessDabawssssme
Can’t connect to WiFi!
It was connected and worked just fine the first time I installed the app. I was able to sign on the WiFi and see the live feed from my camera to the phone app. Now it just doesn’t connect no matter what! Can somebody throw out any advice? Google is not providing anything useful.mjk893
Better than it’s rating
I had no trouble setting the camera up and connecting it to my phone. It may be because it’s 2020 and I have a iPhone 8, not a new one (iPhone 12 is new at this time). To me, the directions were straight-forward and simple. I have used a Go-Pro previously and believe this camera to be comparable. I find this camera to be of great value for the money and would highly recommend it to others.Show lessJon. D
Read the directions
I’m one of those guys that wants to play with my new toy before I even read the directions. I’ve seen bad reviews about the app and camera WiFi not working. I too had this problem but then I learned how to actually do it. You have to turn your camera’s WiFi on, then connect your phone to the camera’s WiFi, then you are connected and can use the app to remotely operate your camera functions and/or review your pictures/videos. Video won’t play
After connecting my action camera to my iPhone 11 WiFi, I was able to operate the camera through the app just fine. I am able to see the videos I recorded, but the videos would not play. I could hear the audio, but the video would not run. I tried the download function but the same thing. I also tried the share function but nothing happened.Show less69str
I need help!
The app is cool how I can connect my camera to my WiFi and then see all my videos and photos. When I’m watching a video it pauses like every 5 seconds loads then starts playing the video again. It’s aggravating and sometimes I can’t even tell what the people are saying on the video. Please help if you can!!!Show lesslivw it
Love this app
I had a GoPro and it broke so I was looking for a replacement I found the campark action camera and I thought it would be terrible because of how cheap it was but I like it more than the GoPro because I can lose this one and I can just buy another one for 50 dollars instead of spending 200 mor on a GoProShow lessDoggyLover2707
Enable WiFi on Device as well
I don’t know why so many people are having problems, but for me this app works great. I can control everything about the camera settings from my phone.sehdkdbsn
Camera
The camera works great but when I go to the app it’s asked for location services and when I click allow it still asked for itayxgxjjvd
This app works ok.
The camera I got is great, I love the 4K. The camera software it is is the VDX app. The app let you download the pictures to your phone but as for the videos I can only play on the app. It will not let you download the videos at ALL. I can download the videos if I connect the camera to my computer but that's it. The owners of this app new to fix the video down to work with my camera!!!!! Please fix.
