Works great
I think the camera is amazing and I would like the vision 5 better, it is a great quality camera. If u want a nice action camera this is the camera your looking for.ggggggkkkkkplugg
Basically doesn’t work
Pros: you can control and update the camera from within the app and have some manipulation over the camera shooting styles. Can download your footage into the app using the WiFi setting.
Cons: WiFi is slow, be patient with it. Unable to save the footage onto your phone device once it’s downloaded. Upload feature to Fb is inop. All of the features you want once you have recorded are basically in existent. Get a go pro or some other proven hardware/software that work smoothly.Show lessjoco2610
Connection
I some what consider myself tech savvy, but it did take me forever to get the camera and app to connect. I had to physically go to my phone Wifi settings and connect the camera and my phone. After I got that part figured out, it’s been smooth sailing. The app is basic and performs the functions that it was designed to do outside of the connection issue. It does connect just not as easily as most of our devices do.Show lessLashAndLipsGirl
I don't see my photos and videos in my photo app!!!

I got the xtreme 1+ or I+ UHD 4K, and when I download my photos and videos it says download Ok and I go to my photo app and made sure it was updated to whatever time it is and is not there!!!!!! Please tell me how to get these downloads to the app! Please fix Campark

App does work
WiFi works just fine and if you download the video to you’re device , it plays flawlessly! I have an iPhone 6 and it looks perfect ,crystal clear up to 2.7K / 1080p however 4K only plays sound and shows the first frame of the video, It may be the limited ability of my device. But the camera cost was a mere $40 bucks and I couldn’t be happier this app lets you access entire function of the camera record from phone/tablet delete, save ,share so I give it 4 stars only because it’s not flawless but is darn goodShow lessaction cam guy

Why can’t I download photos and videos from the app directly to my phone’s camera roll? I keep getting the error “save fail!”. Also, save to camera roll isn’t even an option when you tap share. Fix this ASAP please.RosieClaire

The app works well most of the time every now and then it will crash, it is simple and the options while using it are really good I’ve realized the app works better with a good WiFi connection and a fast running phone also for the live feed from the camera a good high performance 32 GB sd card helps a lot with the FPS and how smooth the video is when recording 4K 30fpsShow lessalan_da1
Needs work
I was able to see a few videos I had taken using the app. About 2 weeks later I was able to see more photos from weeks prior. I wish there was a little more instruction. I deleted almost everything off my camera in hopes that I could see photos and videos that were not showing up on my phone. I do like the WiFi/transfer since I don’t have a computer. I just wish it would refresh easierShow lessJust*B
Piece of crap
Cannot save files to iPhones, Wish I never bought. It’s 2019 fix your app! People do things in their phone nowadays which makes this camera completely useless. More frustrating is you can see video on phone but just will not save. Thanks for nothing.1nicken1
Fix This Already
I am very displeased with this company. In reality, the camera works great, but I cannot access the videos in my phone. When I try to play a recording, it freezes in frame. Once I figure out a way to get access to the videos on my phone, I will recommend it.EthanKoski3
