  • Off the Record Attorney Issue

I like in SoCal and hired an attorney from this app to assist me with a speeding ticket. Getting any sort of response from her about my case was next to impossible. Finally, she told me that she had requested a trial date to be held in mid-May. Mid-May came and went, and when I reached out again, she told me that my trial had been set for mid-June. This was not consistent with the public docket, which didn’t reflect a mid-June trial date. She stopped replying to my messages.

I called the attorney, as she was on vacation going to a national park. She said she had gotten my case mixed up with another one but would look into it over the weekend. She apologized for failing to respond to my numerous messages on the app, saying that rarely gets notifications from the app (which is extremely problematic on its own but also not credible given that she had responded to me on it). Next, I get a notification from the app, telling me my request for a trial was denied, which is extremely unusual, given that such denial would be reflected on the docket (it isn’t). I sent a follow-up a message to the attorney, asking to see a copy of the minute order of the denial (haven’t gotten a response). I’m an attorney myself, and this level of transparency and work is deplorable and even worse if the attorney lied to me. Stay tuned!

  • This app is truly magical

Yes, this app is legit! I first heard about it being promoted on a Smoking Tire podcast. The host, Matt Farah, is very honest about the products he promotes on his podcast and I know that I can trust them to deliver what he says they deliver, so there are no surprises. When he mentioned that this app helped him fight numerous traffic tickets with an astounding success rate, I made a mental note for myself. I am a very careful driver with a great driving record, so I didn’t think that I would need to use this service anytime soon, but I was soon proven wrong when I got pulled over and was handed two tickets. Combined, they were for 5 points and at least $500 in fines. Prior to that, I had a clean driving record for 20 years, so I was very surprised that the cop was so punitive. I immediately remembered about Off The Record and decided to put it to the test by submitting both tickets to them. I was quickly matched with a local attorney who took on my case, keeping me informed along the way and going to court for me, while I was vacationing in Israel. Shortly after I returned to US, I received a letter from the court - both tickets were dismissed! This whole ordeal cost me 1/5th of the ticket costs, excluding the damage points would have caused to my driving record. I couldn’t be more grateful to Off The Record. They are legit and magical and they help common folk fight the corrupt legal system. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  • Great service, easy to use

The app provides a ton of information and details that helped me make the right decision to handle my ticket. The process to get my case made and decided was seamless. I will definitely use this service again in the future!!
  • HOV ticket dismissed!

Wow! So happy I used this app a friend who ued it recommended it. I was trying to get to work and the HOV lane was empty while the other two lanes were full, bumper to bumper. If you ever drove in Seattle on I-405, then you know that it has the worst traffic in the entire state. Thought I’d make a quick advance by using the HOV lane and then get back in the regular lane and that was a bad decision. Got pulled over, and received a ticket. The trooper was very polite, doing his job. I submitted my ticket via this app to try to give me a chance to fix this. I uploaded my ticket, paid the legal fee and service fee, just $136 total, even lower then my ticket fine. An attorney took my case and kept me informed of the process. I didn’t have to go to court - what a relief - and less then 2 month later I was informed my case was dismissed. Amazing! 🤩 I just couldn’t believe this. Told all my friends and colleagues about this. Don’t even think about not giving you a chance - use this app and hire an attorney when needed to fight a traffic violation. I didn’t think I had a chance to get the ticket dismissed but what do I know since my expertise is in a different field. Give it a try. Fully recommend. Many thanks to my attorney and to OffTheRecord.

  • WV traffic ticket reduced

Off the record helped me find a suitable lawyer and thereby reduced my CMV speeding ticket, and resolved without any black points. The lawyer was able to reduce the ticket from 12 mph to 5 mph over the speed limit and settled it with a fine.
Off the record was quick and responsive to my queries. I highly recommend them.

  • They know I’m Canadian so ask me to waive the refund policy

First, they said my ticket is seriously crime. Then they told me as a Canadian I had to waiver the refund policy which is if the ticket was not dismissed they will refund for American citizens only. Then I agreed, and they sign me a attorney Howard Yelen. He asked me to reschedule the hearing date. I did. And then he failure to appearing the hearing. And then he not responding my message until I said I will complain him and report him. Finally, the notice of arrest mailing to my home. This fking Off record refuse to refund, and refuse to even respond. This is a scam for foreigner. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SCAM APP.

    -——————————————

Engaged Off the Record for legal assistance with a traffic violation. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The assigned attorney, Howard Yelen, failed to attend my hearing, provided misleading information, and was unresponsive for over 20 days until I mentioned filing a complaint. This lack of professionalism resulted in an increased fine, potential legal consequences, and a notice of potential arrest. Moreover, the promised reduction in the fine never happened, and misinformation was prevalent. The discriminatory practice of waiving the refund policy for non-American clients, in contrast to fully refunding American clients, is particularly concerning and appears discriminatory. While I understand legal complexities, the service fell far short of expectations. Comprehensive records of interactions are available upon request.

  • THEY WILL HELP YOU!!!

So I had one of those bad few months were I got a few tickets back to back. Two by the same cop in the same week. Anyways, I started looking up ways to fight my ticket, and found this website. I was very skeptical at first. However, I decided what’s the worst that could happen. Since they give you a money back guarantee. So I submitted 2 out of the 3 tickets that I had received . The fees were very reasonable, considering I didn’t have to take time off work to go to court myself. I didn’t have to worry about anything except for possibly paying a reduced fine. My attorneys office was the Mowry Law Office. They assign you an attorney based on your case and where you are located. My attorneys office was very professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable and when I was nervous and/or confused about anything. They took the time to explain everything to me and calm me down. It was all very convenient and simple. I paid the fees, they went to court. And my end result was a fine reduction on one case and a complete dismissal on the other case. I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend or use this service/app again. They fight for you, so you don’t have to! Thank you to the Mowry Law Group and thank you Off The Record (OTR)!!! Hopefully I won’t need to be back, but if needed, I know where to go! -Leanne from CA

  • Waste of money

The lawyers which gets allotted, care little. I have push to message the lawyer repeatedly to confirm if he will be fighting the case. They already have the fee, better to go in person for hearing much better chance of reducing the ticket without paying to the lawyer.
  • Fair deal with tickets

This app is so helpful and easy way to solve your tickets. Highly recommend
  • Download this nowwww if you have a ticket

If you got any size ticket please download this app. I was so scared when I got a ticket for going 38 miles over the speed limit on the highway. I automatically started thinking if I go to court alone I will probably get arrested or license will get suspended and I couldn’t let that happen because I primarily drive for work as a traveling nurse. I put in all the details for my case and it cost me $110 out of pocket to hire the attorney. This price will vary if you had other violations or how severe the consequences is under the violation. I was issued the ticket at the end of February 2023, hired the attorney May 2023 and got it resolved August 2023. My attorney talked me through everything and for my case I had pending I didn’t have to be in the courtroom so I was told to not attend any court dates and that it will keep getting rescheduled because of the process. After the court date was rescheduled twice it was resolved, from 4 points to 0 points, 4 hours of traffic school, and less than $300 fine. Mindy Sohn was my attorney and she did everything that was needed in the case.
