Hi Jason, First off, we'd like to apologize on behalf of Jyve regarding the experience you've had during your Jyve Along. That does not reflect the standards we set as a company at all. We've reached out to the Market Manager who oversees the market as well as the Guru to dig deeper into the issue. We will be reaching out to you shortly as well to get this issue resolved.
Bad experience, not worth the effort
The geographic locations of work are limited beyond control of the user, so you don't get a say in where you work.
The company uses a third party communication platform and they're unprofessional. The pay for staff is often delayed and gets lost. I personally can not remember any instance where I was paid on time or I didn't have to chase them down to find my pay.
The management doesn't help staff and communication is almost as bad as with any other app-based business and company.

Get to meet new employees and form a friendly relationship with them

Payrate depends on how quickly you can work
Product rotation is necessary, but could slow things way down
Advice to Management
Create a site where employees can see a breakdown of each job worked and associated bonus, in order to better tie out paycheck.

Great app and company!
As for the company, as a single mom of 3, I love that you can pick where you work and when. It gives me the flexibility to still be with my children and make money. This company is going places and I intend to be there along for the ride and watch them expand.
