Can’t even make an account
So I heard about this app and I’ve downloaded two of them and neither one of them give me the option to create a profile. How am I suppose to do that when the only thing that I ask is for my email my password when I’ve never even put my email in their account or a password?
I can’t see the become a driver tab after download on IPhone 15
What should I do?

Great pay in my area relative to Uber / Lyft and you don’t need to deal with annoying people
Good but needs work
The app is ok but needs some updating.
1. The notifications for the app should be a little more noticeable and or alert you of a new offer available.
2. The fact that it takes 5-7 days after the job time is complete to see your payout in your bill account to me is way too long if everything has been signed for and accepted we should be able to either cash out immediately or see payment 1-2 days max.
3. I do enjoy the integration between maps and communicating with support they are extremely responsive and work quickly to resolve any issues you have and work well to find solutions
4. Adding, removing, and updating vehicles is a long process of emails and paperwork. I think the company can find a way to streamline this process to help the driver make changes for the day of driving.
Overall this is a great option to some occasional money to what you do full-time but i haven’t seen the benefits of utilizing this as a good day to day opportunity. If they fix some of the bugs and offer more pickup opportunities I think this will be a strong contender in daily work.

DON’T!
Don't drive for these people. After a month, they still haven't paid my earned money. Besides that, you will not know how much you will make from the delivery until you complete it. Ridiculous.
We should be paid every week
Bro we should be getting paid every week. Technically an app of this nature it should be everyday. The pay is already iffy so unless I have to put a week in the hole this needs to be changed
Nepotism driver
At the state where I am at John & Johnson employee Calling his relative driver and make the order VAN order and get delivered with car so his people get paid more than regular wages.
Have to See For Myself
Added a few days later - It seems unless you have your phone always open and looking at it, it's easy to miss offers. I have missed so many offers because I missed the notification. By the time I saw I got an offer it expired (guess someone already had accepted it). Wish the notifications were better and louder. Original Review - I had an issue resetting my password to create my account in the app. I reached out to support and got a reply back almost immediately and they resolved my issue. I will give 5 stars for that. Once I give this a try will then re-rate if I feel the need. :)

I thought I should share my experiences. First of all, do not take any long distance orders. Secondly, do not take orders, unless a pick up location is very very close to you. Lastly, do not… you know what, I don’t even want to waste more time for writing a review for this gig app. what a waste of time to write a review.
