This company has good intentions, but is out dated when it comes to the technology. You have to take a picture of every piece in your order…I had a 62 piece order, and it took me over 2 hours to do the gig. I couldn’t take the pictures in the app because I didn’t have service in the building for delivery, so I sent them via email. I was only paid for the miles of the job of $25 bucks, and not my time for loading and unloading. I haven’t done a gig since. A few pictures will suffice, and display the minimum payout of the gig upfront…would be a lot better.

99% of all routes are paying 7$-15$ hour average. After Gas. So if you don’t value your time. This is the job for you. I hope you can even catch 2 rides a week and make 50$

Mediocre Company to Work with But..
•To know how much drivers get paid would be helpful before accepting orders is a basic part of any agreement. The fact that payment is missing results to driver being vulnerable to liability. Ultimately more financial flexibility for Airspace.
•Also it takes way too long to get paid for settlement thru Bill. I had to wait weeks for payment, in addition I was sent a paper check initially which was lost in the mail. Still waiting electronic payment to be submitted 4 weeks later.
•I joined a meeting to discuss TSA security screening and no one showed up to verify my ID on Google meet. how unprofessional
•A phone call to the office leaves you in an infinite loop of AI send an email for more inquiries.

Can’t create an account..
I can’t tell whether this is good or not because the app won’t allow you to create an account…
Need better developer bugs
Too many app bugs, the app will turn off so you have to turn it back on, the map zooms out to a world map so you can’t see the distance visually & have to manually zoom in now causing a delay in accepting deliveries. Operations will unassign you from a job without notice so you get jobs take from you, separate issue, they call & drop the call after the first ring so they can say you didn’t respond so they can also take the job from you & reassign it because they can’t follow Google voice prompts even though their own phone line requires the use of promote selection for customers & drivers. There is one pharmacy whom one of their staff uses Favoritism & won’t other drivers to take more than one job at a time even though they need a delivery to be picked up even though they have another one offer it b/c she probably knows the struggle & now helpful it is for us to earn more for our mile. It’s the reason why drivers have had to resort to app stacking because waiting for the paycheck can take too long as contractors. We shouldn’t be paid the same 1 week time span as with 1040 paycheck as we use a car twice as much put wear and tear maintenance we have to constantly check up on so & with 3rd party Cash availability companies that exist, not sure why Airspace hasn’t incorporated it yet. Better incentives or pay should be offered for long distance 5 drop offs or out of state because often times we barely get orders at the new place or small distance that’s not worth the trouble of delaying more time in that location. It will help us be able to drive back on those dead miles if they gave more incentives or charged the clients more. Someone of them like airlines & bases have the money to pay more so not sure why Airspace cheapens out on those long distance orders.

Customer service
Bad customer service , you’ll always have to email them and they take forever to respond to your email. I don’t like this app. Requested for toll and they respond when they feel like.
Screen closes
There’s a lot of good things about this app. But a suggestion would be that the app/screen stays open, so I can see orders and a sound when there are orders coming in when I’m driving. I miss a lot of order that way.
And yes, like someone else said, to know how much you’re getting paid. I’ve picked up 5 large boxes and gotten paid $25. The weight should be counted as well. Bulk and weight. Otherwise, the company is great. And kudos for the app updates. It’s getting better and better.

It’s pretty good
It would be nice if there was a way to see how much the gig pays before I accept. This is really the only thing I don’t like. The support is good the app works well. I just need to know if I’m driving 30 miles of dead head to pick up it’s 25 dollars before I go. Can we get that option or am I missing something in the app?

Terrible app - never works or used
Can’t get over the fact that I never used this app before but still can’t sign into it using my account, phone etc. awful google and airspace
They Don’t reimburse Tolls.
It’s been over 10 days I had requested for toll reimbursement for $45.16. You have the toll receipts attached to my request, yet nothing has been done. It’s safe to say Airspace doesn’t keep to their words.
Sad I have to keep sending e-mail back and forth.
