Unacceptable

Zero stars is really my rating but I guess I have to give one as required by apple. For the amount of money this church has and collects it is UNACCEPTABLE that this app ever doesn’t work (currently I’m only getting errors). Also UNACCEPTABLE is the condition we are expected to worship in. Our building is falling apart and NO REPORTS are taken seriously. We have no AC in the summer and no heater in the winter. Our building is a storage facility for chairs and all the organizations needs (like youth camp gear, etc) with no hope of getting an outbuilding. No pavilion for outdoor activities. How are you going to get rich off the requirement for donations to get into heaven and then force those same people to bend over backwards to keep the church afloat. We are the boots on the ground, in the weeds, spreading the good word. We deserve better than this!

App can reset if you leave it and return to it

Works okay if you have all the information at hand. However, the app resets if you leave it to refer to information outside the app.
The scenario is that I enter a bunch of details but I need to check the email app for additional details like model number or whatever. When I return to the app, everything I typed is gone. I have to start over again. I’m an STS and I have had this happen a few times.
I like the fact that this app is available but it’s unreliable.

Issues in submitting FIR, no support

Can’t input my name hence app refused to submit report. Deleted and reinstalled app - same issue. Tried to send a feedback, can’t submit “there’s an error, please try again later.” Tried “Contact us”, the link to support does not work. I’m frustrated but I’m more afraid that members are frustrated trying to reach us on facility issues. This app needs professional developers to troubleshoot problems.

Name field is non-editable

When creating an issue, the main field is not even labeled and you cannot edit the name field, which causes an error when trying to create the issue. It says name field must be completed, but they cannot since I cannot edit the name. Very frustrating desktop website to create the issue and get passed that.

Serious bugs since recent update

Everything is broken since the last update. Facilities are HARDER to find, and every time I have to make a selection such as facility location or type of issue or add a photo, all my previously entered data disappears and it won’t let me type it in again. I can’t find a way to reach out to the app developer; it just takes me to the Church website. I’ve tried 10 times to input a single repair issue and can’t complete it because what I’ve already entered disappears in the middle. Please fix the app!

Access Denied

I understand having the President and heads of organizations able to enter information. What about the presidency members as well. It will now take several emails or text or some other form of communication to get this information entered into this app. Just a thought IT Department.

Helpful app could be improved

The top button DONE has different functions depending on what screen you are on.
Would be better to have a SUBMIT button that is separate.

No means to submit requests in app

I have an iPhone on iOS 16.5.1. I have deleted and reloaded the app. I have logged out and back in again. The app does not allow me, a leader in the ward, to submit a request through the app. There is no “+” button on the screen.

New Map View Buggy

The new map view looks good but it doesn’t show the closest location. I’m standing in a building and it shows the buildings a mile away. Nor can I see recently selected buildings.

Useless — No Access!

Sometimes our own church’s tech people just don’t work smart. I have been Ward Building Cleaning Coordinator and Stake Technology Specialist, but have had no access to the FM Group to get things fixed. It is maddening—even more so because Church app developers do not respond to input, feedback, concerns, problems, and pleas for app fixes.
