Hiya, I can not log into this app with my church login. I am the cleaning facilitator for my ward and need this app
You shall not pass
The app will not let me get passed the login screen. Soon as I sign in. It goes back to the login screen. Needs a fix. I can login to the other apps, just not this one. I have permission to use it. Just unable to.

Can’t even login
I know my Lds account info and I can login with it on the church site. Yet for some reason this app won’t let me login therefore I can’t even use it.

Not working
App just loops the login screen
Login loop
The app keeps asking for user to login. Once the correct credentials are entered. It goes to the home page, but then immediately pops up the login screen. So essentially it cannot be used.
This on an iPhone XS running iOS16.
All other apps accept the same stored user credentials, so what’s going on with this app?

Unable to access
I heard good things about this app. But for some reason, all I get is the login screen and password screen. Over and over and over again. Please help. Thank you
Unable to Log In
My credentials are correct yet I’m sent through an endless loop of User Name and Password screens. I have deleted the app. Reinstalled the app. Nothing works.
Useless — No Access!
Sometimes our own church’s tech people just don’t work smart. I have been Ward Building Cleaning Coordinator and Stake Technology Specialist, but have had no access to the FM Group to get things fixed. It is maddening—even more so because the Church app developers do not respond to input and requests for app fixes.

Login stopped working.
I need to report several issues but the app won’t take my login. My login works for other apps (tools, library) and browser. But it won’t work for this app very frustrating.
