    Every time I open the app, it needs to be updated. IT department is just rubbish
  • The most rubbish banking app ever

    Almost every time when I open the app it requires an utterly slow mandatory update, which forces the user not to turn off the app nor the phone otherwise the extremely annoying update will be proceeded again and again. Besides, the functions of the app are not really comprehensive which some of the transactions and requests must be done via the official website. Such time wasting updates are absolutely non-sense and helpless for the improvement of user experience. This is the most rubbish banking ever with no doubt.

    Stuck at loading screen eternally with a spinner and that’s it.

    If I could give a negative rating, I would have. Horrible performance. Not only this app this horrendous. This banking institution has serious issue. Whoever thought of the idea of changing the way I have been logging onto eBanking is a redundant employee. IT department or anti-theft department drummed up this so called extra protection has been delivering an abomination of a service, creating more inconvenience to its users than actually serving them. Shame on you Hang Seng Bank

    Whenever I use it, it starts to update for a minute or so before you can use it. How many bugs there? You need to update the app so frequently?

    Needs someone to work on UI and Ux for real. Still using actual form to resume e account is totally unacceptable when you lock clients account so easily you are putting your clients off bloody brainlessly!
  • The worst bank app I’ve used

    Every time I open the app I need to wait a minute or two to “update” even if I’d just updated the app from the App Store. Every step I try to take in the app is extremely slow and cumbersome. So sad.

    This is the worst banking app I have ever used.
    -Crash all time
    -Slow logon
    -Terribly slow update
    I will change bank because of this. This app is not for 21st century.
