The app is fine the system it talks to could use improvement

The application works fairly well or some usability issues that could be addressed. One search issue is travel mode. Assistant text that the coach is in trouble mode featured until you enter the couch and turn the lights on or using a switch. This is counterproductive at sometimes. There needs to be a way from the app to request an override. It would not be that difficult, but they have to identify if there’s motion or rather the lack there and not in motion to allow the user to change the auto operation so that the slides can be worked. At the leveling jacks to be controlled without going inside the coach first.

Addition to the system that came with the couch, I added the tire linc system. Number of steps required to monitor the health of the tires through this app and the lack of support for Apple CarPlay on non-factory CarPlay systems. Means that one must work while driving to make sure the tires are OK. We need a separate app just for Tire linc monitor

Just frustrating!

I have filled in the vehicle details probably 8 times and it says it’s done successfully but on the tools screen it says it’s not recorded. Trying to link the ABS and tire monitors and the scan tool doesn’t load and the manually tool doesn’t result in anything. When I can get the scan tool to connect the camera the QR code on the label is too small for the camera to read. Just overall not well designed, not well tested, not useful. This app is fluff not substance.

Don’t understand the horrible reviews

We just got a new Grand Design Imagine 23LDE and this is the app they use to control their slide, awning, lights and to view tank levels (if you choose to use an app instead of just using the control panel). I actually deleted the app after reading the horrible reviews before even trying it! Then we bought a Tire Linc system because our camper was prewired for one. Once I realized it used the same app I deleted I decided to give it a try! We are 100% satisfied with this app!! I have had no trouble with it staying connected (I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max in case that matters). I saw someone commenting about it disabling features when you’re driving. Their review worried me because how are we supposed to monitor our tires if it disables “some” features while moving!? What it disables are features like the slide and awning. Makes sense to me!! Lol. I love the added options of lists that are in the app. They have several and you can also create your own and edit existing ones. Some are lists for set-up, tear-down and winterizing.

TireLinc a waste of money

Which the new update , the app enables motion lock when traveling. Now I believe the intention it to not accidentally put the slide out or extended the awning while in motion. Great feature, except it disabled the entire app including the tirelinc portion, therefore making it necessary to stop in order to view tire pressure and temperatures. Come on Lippert get it fixed, this is a safety issue.

Super frustrating

I’ve replaced the batteries on my tire lync sensors thinking it would solve some of my problems. No dice. It took me FOREVER to get the app to recognize the sensors again. After 45 minutes of fiddling around I got it to work. I think. But only a couple of the sensors react in real time. I pull a sensor off the tire stem and nothing happens. I should get a warning saying my tire lost pressure. It doesn’t. Then when I go to alerts I’m asked to call a number?? Why not show me which sensor triggered the alarm instead? For as much money as I spent on these devices I expected much more. Frankly, I can’t trust these devices plus I don’t know if it’s the app or the devices that are subpar.

Some features don’t work

I like that I can control my slides. But the list feature is garbage. I just want to load up my list and check an item off. But instead you have to wait 2 min for it to download your lists every time.

Battery Drain Issues!

RV Technician here. Been using this app for years. Many improvements have been made since the original. ONE MAJOR issue ive come across recently is my battery is being drained very fast lately. When I look at battery information/consumption, One Control is always on in the background. All through the night and day. EVEN WHEN THE APP IS CLOSED COMPLETELY. As in swiping up to completely shut down the app. It is still using power in the background. I have deleted the app until I need to use it again at work. Please
Address. Iphone 13 pro. Updated to latest software.

Destroys Battery life

This app has good functionality and generally works for me. However, there is something seriously wrong with this app. I noticed my iPhone battery was running down quickly. For days it was showing it was almost constantly running in the background. Sometimes 22 hours out of a 24 hour day. And since it’s winter we’re not even using our RV so I have not even opened the app in months. I turned off background app refresh. But that didn’t stop it. So then I did some reading and turned off location awareness as well. After rebooting my phone. It went away for a few days and was not running I. The background. Now today it’s back showing it’s been running in the background for 11 hours and has taken 7% of my battery. I can’t lock it down any more to stop it. So. Ow I’m considering just deleting it.

No heat or A/C controls after update

After latest update the whole sections for heat and cool are just gone out of app.
Does not use PIN when you first open app now as well.
Garbage app, even worse company, anything these guys make is overpriced and garbage.
Destroying the planet fairly quickly.

Doesn't work in the app or even on the control panel!

We just took delivery of a new 2021 Palomino today. While going through the various systems, we scanned the barcode and downloaded the app. The app will not connect to the controller even when directly connected to the wi-fi of the controller. We have four lights that we cannot turn off in any way. Two of these are in the bedroom which makes it difficult to sleep. Reset doesn't work and the app/controller don't even show these lights as an option to turn off or on. Very disappointed that buying a $100,000+ RV and you get this kind of inferiority in the tech. It's no wonder that Forest River/ Columbus replaced the LCI system with Firefly in 2022. Lesson learned. Now, how to turn off these friggin lights!!
